4 Disciplines of Healthy Churches

In this video, Patrick Lencioni speaks about the four disciplines of healthy organizations. This is very true for our churches as well. The video explains these disciplines very well, but here they for you:

1. Build and maintain a cohesive leadership team

2. Create organizational clarity

3. Overcommunicate that clarity

4. Build systems and structures to reinforce that clarity

Question: What discipline does your church have to work on most?
