Leadership is very trendy these days. Everyone wants to be a leader but they don’t know why.
In this 2 minute video, Mark Sanborn offers some powerful comments on leadership. One of them is this: People don’t know why they want to lead. He says that the ‘why’ has to proceed the ‘what’ or the ‘how’ of leadership.
