Wednesday was a day of video-editing, NCYC prepping, weekend retreat planning, and other desk tasks. In the evening, I Department (code named E-Ream) meetings are Thursdays… as are bi-weekly e-newsletters. That took up a bunch of time and i keep pushing along on NCYC stuff. The excitement on Friday was that the banner rotation went live on the blog. Cool. In the office, I was editing videos for the department, still working NCYC stuff, and structuring my blog queue. (It looks like I might be featuring skype conversations in the new year!) The weekend brought along a parish LifeTeen core team retreat, a date (was God reading my subconscious in last Sunday’s prayer?), outlet shopping for my annual “conference sneakers,” video editing completion, and football. Unfortunately, the Ravens lost again playing down to the level of a losing team All in all, the week lived up to a a ratcheting-down of the season leading into NCYC and then a vacation. |
