It’s a given: if you’re a leader, you are bound to deal with difficult people.

I’ve discovered that when I deal with challenging people and situations, that’s when I grow and learn the most. I thought this video management tip from the Harvard Business Review (HBR) provides 3 practical and pastoral responses when dealing with difficult people.
