Passion

<We will report on yesterday’s pilgrimage soon… still drying out!> During the season of Lent, we “outsourced” our reflections on the Sunday readings

St. Paul’s College seminarians’ down in DC are offering their reflections of the Gospels for the Sundays of Lent, including today’s readings.

Bonus points to them for tagging them with James Bond-ian themes; today’s is License to Kill.

Today’s reflection is offered by Anthony Francis Rosado, CSP who is enrolled at the Catholic University of America where he is nearing completion of his first year of theological studies.  He is a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music.

The reflection this week is on the Passion narrative found in (26:14 – 27:66).  You may want to read the text before listening to the reflection.

Let us continue our prayers for all those who are in (or in studies preparing to be in) The Father’s Secret Service.

D. Scott Miller

D. Scott Miller is the dean of Catholic Youth Ministry bloggers which is a polite way of either saying that he is just plain old or has been blogging for a long time (since 2004.)

Scott recently married the lovely Anne and together they have five adult young people and also grandparent three delightful kids (so, maybe he is just plain old!) Scott presently serves at Saint John the Evangelist in Columbia, MD as the director of youth and young adult ministry.

He has previously served on the parish, regional, diocesan, and national levels as well as having taught within a catholic high school. He is one of the founders of RebuildMyChurch and has returned to posting regularly (keeping regular is important to old guys) at ProjectYM.
