Trends in Leadership Development

I thought this five minute video provided some insightful views about the importance of having intentional leadership development processes in organizations. One of the key trends that stood out to me was when the speaker talked about “embedding learning in the work.” In essence, it’s about using the practical day to day experiences of the ministry to teach leadership, using a coaching method.
