What if this year's service trip became the turning point your ministry's been waiting for?
Every year, you pull off something good.
The teens show up, they work hard, they bond in ways that don't happen anywhere else in your ministry. The photos turn out great — parents share them, the parish loves them, and for a week, everyone's tank is full.
But what happens when the bus pulls back into the parking lot? For a lot of teens, that incredible week stays just that — a great week. A highlight reel. A memory that fades by October.
The Intentional Service & Justice Masterclass exists to help you turn that energy into something that lasts — a real part of how your teens grow as disciples, long after the trip ends.
You'll get training, resources, and even funding to help make your next trip possible.

BONUS INVITE
All Intentional Service and Justice Masterclass participants are invited to join a youth-minister-only mission trip to Guatemala this December with Hearts in Motion — it's just $600, including airfare, lodging, and meals!
It's not just a trip — it's a chance to experience an international mission trip from the inside, so you can see firsthand what it takes to plan, lead, and run one well.
What's the Rhythm of the Week?
Every day has a loose structure, but we keep it flexible based on what the group needs. Here's the general shape of a typical day:
MORNING
Breakfast together, followed by prayer,
and then our Masterclass sessions
MIDDAY
Community lunch and some time to reflect and recharge for the rest of the day
AFTERNOON
Most of our afternoons are spent in small group breaking down how to apply what we've learned in each person's context.
EVENING
Out to dinner together, followed by evening fun!
How a ProjectYM
Masterclass Works
A Masterclass isn't a stack of lectures. It's four days of focused teaching followed by small-group sessions where you process what you're learning and create strategic plans to implement it in your actual ministry.
Here's what that looks like for Intentional Service and Justice Masterclass:
TEACHING
Aaron Frazita walks you through how to build service and justice programming that forms disciples, drawing on 25+ years of hands-on experience with Hearts in Motion.
DISCIPLESHIP
Michael Marchand leads a crash course on the Thresholds of Conversion, and how service experiences fit into that journey.
APPLICATION
Small-group breakouts where you build out what this actually looks like for your parish, your teens, your context.
COMMUNITY
You're doing this work alongside 11 other youth ministers wrestling with the same questions.
"I found the training from ProjectYM to be exceptional. The hands-on approach and practical insights were exactly what I needed. I left with a clear, well-defined plan.”
