In 2026, ProjectYM is centering all of its training and formation at the ProjectYM Mission Base— a home intentionally designed as a space for youth ministry leaders to gather for deeply relational, community-based formation.

The Mission Base allows us to host immersive, highly personal training experiences in an environment that models what ministry should feel like.

A practical, confidence-building training for first-year youth ministers to help them navigate their role, plan strategically, and lead effectively.

This event is exclusively open to youth ministers who have been in ministry for less than 18 months (as of December 7th).
