Our mission is simple: help Catholic youth ministers THRIVE, and for the last 10 years the ProjectYM team has been focused on doing just that:
- Providing hands-on training for thousands of Catholic youth ministry leaders.
- Publishing hundreds of dynamic digital resources on a variety of relevant topics and issues in the field of youth ministry.
- Partnering with over 50 dioceses across the country and around the world to provide support and resources for youth ministry leaders in their diocese.
- Building the biggest library of video training content created exclusively for Catholic youth workers.
- Creating the largest online community for Catholic youth ministry leaders.
But we're not done yet!
We're continuing to invest in Catholic youth ministry leaders because we believe that the work they're doing is important, and that each one of those leaders matters:
- Our team spends hours of time every week talking, dreaming, celebrating, problem solving, and praying with Catholic youth ministers.
- We're creating training resources and video content based on the needs and struggles of real youth ministers in the field.
- We're providing direct support and facilitating conversation inside of Thrive, our growing online community for Catholic youth ministers.
- We're hosting unique training events every year exclusively for Catholic youth workers.
- We're using our platform and influence to advocate for the needs of youth ministers with national organizations, bishops, and Church leaders.
