Our primary way that we work with dioceses is through our Thrive Partnership program...
We built Thrive as online community where Catholic youth workers could get supported, trained, and connected to other leaders. While the basic level of Thrive is free to all youth ministers, our Pro level is where Thrive really shines.
Through a Thrive Diocesan Partnership, you can give Thrive Pro accounts to every parish in your diocese!

Camp Thrive is a high energy, fully interactive, 2-day (2-night) event for Catholic youth ministers.
Camp Thrive is built on our conflab model – there's no keynotes or lectures, each session is built on a different collaborative framework. Rather than spending two days listening to "experts" talk at them, Camp Thrive participants will be actively problem solving, brainstorming, and creating with everyone else in the room. Every participant walks away with a practical action plan.
On top of that, the Camp Thrive schedule is filled with games, community building, prayer, discussion, and relaxation. We want to help your leaders leave recharged and fired up to get back into ministry.
This event works great as a collaboration between multiple dioceses.

Leader Lab
A collaborative, creative, and community oriented training event for your adult leaders!
The most important ingredient in a healthy and effective youth ministry program (other than Jesus), is your team of adult leaders...
Leader Lab creates an opportunity for you adult team to grow as leaders, build community together, create better ministry opportunities, have a ridiculous amount of fun, and pray with one other. There's no lectures or boring workshops – Leader Lab is built on the Thriveanooga conflab model.
This event is also available as an individual parish event.

One Day Ministry Breakthru
One Day Ministry Breakthru is an action oriented, custom built event...
In just one day, 18 youth ministry leaders will get specific, crowdsourced advice to take their ministry to the next level – regardless of where they're starting the day.
ODMB is a large group version of our popular "hot seat style" mastermind groups: each participant is given the opportunity to present their current situation/problem to the room and our expert facilitator leads the room through an intentional process of clarification, brainstorming, and solution sharing.
If you have more than 18 leaders, this event can be done multiple times back-to-back at a discounted rate.
Our One Day Ministry Breakthru package includes:
- One-Day Event for up to 18 Participants

Thrive Intensive
Thrive Intensive is a four-day event geared at leaders who are ready to take their ministry to the next level!
We can custom build a Thrive Intensive for your needs, but we typically run an Intensive for either brand new youth ministers or for veteran youth ministers who are ready to make BIG changes in their ministry.
Thrive Intensives built on our conflab model – there's no keynotes or lectures, each session is built on a different collaborative framework. Rather than spending the week listening to experts talk at them, during a Thrive intensive, participants will be actively problem solving, brainstorming, and creating with everyone else in the room – guided by our team.
Our Thrive Intensive package includes:
- Four-Day Event for 12 Participants
